Simon is recognised as a leading practitioner in Customer Experience, Digital innovation and the development of more responsive organisations. Simon was recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for Office 365 Services and Servers in both 2016 & 2017. Simon has developed the Enterprise Collaboration Value Maturity Model and regularly delivers his workshop using this approach in Australia, SE Asia and Nth Asia.  The Model was developed from his experience of sponsoring and leading of the development of enterprise social networking at NAB, a leading Australian financial services organization with 40,000 employees.  NAB was key case study of value creation using Yammer, and a unique story as the implementation of Yammer at NAB was led and managed by the community of employees.

Simon has board-level and senior management experience in the financial services, e-commerce, consumer goods, telecommunications and media industries. Simon Terry is Chief Growth Officer for InLoop and for Lantern Pay, a non-executive director for Bank First and a council member of Haileybury and Haileybury Rendall School.  Simon has ongoing coaching experience for both senior executives and entrepreneurs. Simon is also a co-founder of International Working Out Loud week, a global movement to promote the value of sharing work in progress to foster learning and collaboration.
