Previous Experience
Simon has twice been CEO of HICAPS, Australia’s leading claim and payments solution for health and care, owned by NAB. Most recently from 2022-2024, after NAB acquired LanternPay, an innovative cloud claim and payment solution for health and care where Simon led the development of the healthcare business and growth for the wider Inloop business, including Flexischools, Australia’s leading school payments business.
Simon has been a consultant and advisor to a range of organisations from start-ups to global corporates.
Simon had an extensive career in financial services at NAB with experience in retail and business banking, payments, learning and technology transformation.
Prior to NAB, Simon as a senior executive at an ecommerce startup, in consumer goods and in media and telecommunications focused on strategy, marketing, business development and growth.
